Key daily activities include receiving, testing, and installing supporting hardware in new machines, followed by meticulous preparation and shipment, complete with necessary marketing materials and a cellular modem. We ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience for customers with live support and regular updates throughout the machine’s installation process. Additionally, we manage field operations for our nationwide Bitcoin ATM network, which involves coordinating installations, servicing, cash pickups, and monitoring customer transactions. Our Utah warehouse also doubles as a hub for ATM care packages, which are essential for future installations and include signage, hardware, TV toppers, and modems for effective fleet management. This multifaceted approach positions our Utah team as the backbone of our Bitcoin ATM operation, streamlining the process to make it a comprehensive and effortless investment opportunity.

Situated in Atlanta, our warehouse office contrasts with our Utah location by focusing on managing over 700 local ATMs and ensuring the smooth operation of our extensive network of over 3000 ATMs. Central activities include service and repair, where our in-house technicians refurbish old or damaged machines, including replacing screens, internal mechanisms, or note dispensers. Another key role is cash management, catering to hundreds of clients in the Atlanta area by refilling ATMs with cash, servicing machines, and ensuring business owners’ needs are met. Our Atlanta office also handles administrative tasks, making it a hybrid operation. This involves coordinating machine services, managing compliance documents, arranging payouts, and responding to local emergencies. On a broader scale, we oversee national operations including drop shipping new machines, managing shipping and logistics, coordinating ATM installations, sourcing cash management services, and providing ongoing account management post-installation, offering a complete turnkey solution. Our Atlanta team acts as the operational core, linking our BTM and ATM ventures and providing an all-in-one kiosk that combines an ATM and a Bitcoin ATM, revolutionizing retail and convenience spaces by optimizing floor space.
